Logframe milestone scoring, and the Value-for-Money table.
Karagem ships the FCDO annual review as a template — milestone scoring against the logframe, and the Value-for-Money table across the four Es: economy, efficiency, effectiveness and equity.

Equity is the E that needs disaggregation
Economy, efficiency and effectiveness can be argued from totals. Equity cannot: it is a question about who was reached, and a headline number travelling without its breakdown cannot answer it.
Because disaggregation in Karagem is a view rather than a separate tab, the equity row is filled from the same data as the rest, not reconstructed from a survey export at the last minute.
Milestones are dated, so they can slip visibly
A milestone without a date cannot slip, which means it cannot be managed. Every target in Karagem carries a date, and anything forecast to miss it surfaces in July rather than in the review.
A worked annual-review score
Output 2 carries three weighted milestones for the year. Two are met on the evidence (approved submissions behind each), one is 30% short. Weighted achievement comes to 85%, which against FCDO’s scoring bands is an A — met expectations — and the output score arrives in the review with the three milestone rows and their evidence trails behind it.
The Value-for-Money table draws from the same pool: cost per household reached for economy and efficiency, the output scores for effectiveness, and the sex- and county-disaggregated reach for equity. Four Es, one dataset, no reconciliation meeting.
