No CommCare connector yet. Here is what works today.

There is no CommCare connector in the product. Form exports arrive by CSV, or you push them through the REST API on your own schedule, and everything downstream — indicators, approvals, quality checks, donor tables — works normally from there.

Via import or APINo dedicated connector. Works via CSV export or the REST API.

The case-management overlap

CommCare is strongest at case management — following one household or patient through a protocol over time. Karagem is not trying to replace that, and a team using it well should keep it.

What CommCare deliberately stops short of is the results-framework layer: indicators with targets, an approval trail, forecasting, and donor tables in the format the award specifies. That is the gap, and it is reachable through an export.

What a connector would add

Hourly pulls instead of scheduled exports, and form-version awareness so a changed question does not silently break a series. Neither is exotic; both exist for Kobo and ODK already. If CommCare is what your programme runs, that is worth telling us.

Try it on a sample programme. Inside the real product, in under a minute.

Sign in with your Eagmark account and Karagem sets up a sample organisation for you — a Kenyan smallholder programme, as an example: sixty farmers, seven indicators, surveys with responses, tasks and alerts. Explore, then start your own in any country and any sector.
