The EU logframe results table, generated.
Karagem ships the EU logframe results report as a template: the four levels in order, each row carrying its objectively verifiable indicator, its source of verification and the assumptions it depends on.

Sources of verification are a column, not an afterthought
The source of verification is usually filled in last, in a hurry, with the word "survey" — and it is the column an evaluator reads first, because it is the only one that says whether the indicator above it can be measured at all.
In Karagem it is not a sentence in a document. It is the survey the indicator is actually fed by, so the claim and the evidence for it are the same object.
Assumptions, monitored rather than declared
An assumption is a condition outside your control that has to hold for one level to produce the level above: rainfall within the normal range, extension officers staying in post.
They belong in the report because when one fails it is the honest first line of the explanation for why an output did not become an outcome. A row that says "sufficient funding" is not an assumption, it is a hedge.
A worked results row
Result 1: "Smallholder incomes from horticulture increased." OVI: "Average monthly horticulture income of supported households, KES, by sex of household head." Source of verification: the quarterly household survey the indicator is actually fed by — named, dated, and one click from the row. Assumption: market prices stay within the range the budget assumed.
When the interim report is due, that row arrives filled: baseline KES 4,200, target 6,500, latest 5,750, with the female-headed-household figure beside the total because the OVI asked for it. Nobody retypes it, and the evaluator can follow the verification link instead of writing a finding about it.
