Keep collecting in ODK.

Paste an ODK Central API token, pick a deployed form, and it becomes a Karagem survey with its questions, branches and choice lists intact — historical submissions included. From then on every hourly pull updates the indicator it feeds.

In the productBuilt in. ODK is one of two collection tools with a direct connector.

Nothing changes for the field team

They keep the app they were trained on and the forms they know. The connector reads what the token allows and no more; nothing is copied out of your server.

That matters because the usual reason an M&E platform fails is not the platform. It is that adopting it required retraining forty enumerators mid-season.

What gets added

Indicators with targets and baselines, mapped to the questions that feed them. An approval queue so nothing counts until a reviewer says so. A daily scan for duplicates, GPS outliers and interviews finished suspiciously fast. Forecasting to programme end. And the donor tables, generated from the same data.

Try it on a sample programme. Inside the real product, in under a minute.

Sign in with your Eagmark account and Karagem sets up a sample organisation for you — a Kenyan smallholder programme, as an example: sixty farmers, seven indicators, surveys with responses, tasks and alerts. Explore, then start your own in any country and any sector.
